Purchaser agrees all video, and related materials, downloads and forms in this program are the property of Compass Dental Practice Solutions LLC , and cannot be sold or reproduced without express written consent of Compass Dental Practice Solutions LLC. 

Purchaser agrees that Compass Dental Practice LLC cannot be held accountable for any misuse of the information in this program, and is not responsible for any use or application of the information that violates the laws of the state in which the purchaser practices dentistry.

IN-HOUSE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

Purchaser understands the  in-house membership detailed in this program  is not insurance, and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance. Purchaser understands the patient data collected and stored in this type of membership program cannot be stored in a cloud, and any data must be stored within the practice's hardware. Purchaser understands the in-house membership plan detailed in this program is designed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any terms and conditions presented to purchaser's patients  are subject to the laws of the state in which the purchaser practices dentistry. Purchaser agrees Compass Dental Practice Solutions LLC cannot be held responsible for violations of any of the terms listed in these terms of service.
